Drop Off:

Please refer to the schedule for drop off dates and times. Consignors with an appointment will receive first priority at drop off. It is not necessary to schedule a drop off time, but may save you from waiting in line. Items will only be accepted during designated drop off times. Have all your items ready and tagged when you arrive. We do not have space available for you to tag your items after you arrive. Sorting items by type, size and gender prior to arriving will speed distribution. Please allow plenty of time for drop off. Please do not wait until the last minute to drop off your items as this is the busiest time and your items may not be ready for the pre-sale, which means a lost chance for a sale. A volunteer will check in your items and approve them for distribution. You are responsible for setting up any items and placing your items in the appropriate areas.
 Pick Up:

You will need to return to pick up your unsold items at your designated time. (Please sign up for a pick up time while you are dropping off your items at the venue. There will be a sign up sheet there.) All of your items will be sorted and ready for a quick and convernient pick up. If you are unable to pick them up, please designate someone who can. You will need to authorize someone to pick up the items before they can be released.  Any items not picked up by the end of pick up time will be donated. No exceptions.

Check Distribution:

We hope to have checks ready for pick up on the day that you pick up your unsold items. If checks are not picked up they will be mailed to the address listed in your account within 5 business days. Just a reminder that you will see a $5 sorting fee on your check. This helps us sort and gather your items for you for a quick and convenient pick up process.
